Yes Or No – Class Survey Form

Yes or No class surveys are a great way of introducing young children to data collection. When children survey class members for responses to questions they have generated, they are engaged in learning that is meaningful and integrated across the curriculum. Personalise this form with names of children in your class. Simply print, then write in children’s names, or fill in the names on your computer before printing.
