How do I order products on the this website?
Adding to Your Cart
Once you have found an item you want, you should add the item to your cart. Simply click “Add to Cart”. Click on the icon or image to view the details.
Checkout
- You can proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the link next to the menu.
- If you do not have an account or are not logged in to CulturalHubb, you will be prompted with the login page.
- When you have logged in, you will be taken to the shipping details page. Fill out all the details, and click Next to continue.
Once complete, you can proceed to the summary page that outlines the total of this order. - Next is the Payment options page. Fill in all the details, and click Next to continue
- The last Checkout page is the confirmation page. Check over all your details to make sure all the information is correct, and click the big “Place Order” button at the bottom of the screen.
- You have now placed your order and will be prompted with your receipt.

I have submitted an order online and would now like to change the order, can I do this?
No. Once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed.
Do I need a customer account with culturalhubb to access the online shop?
Yes, You would need a customer account to place an order.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. Once you have completed your orders and items are processed, an invoice will be sent to you by email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The CulturalHubb website does not hold any stock on hand (but this will be subject to change). At present, all ordered items are sourced from suppliers once a customer order is accepted. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for book orders allow 3-7 business days for courier delivery within NZ.
Orders delivered within New Zealand are delivered by courier, AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery.
Orders placed during December will take up to 6 weeks for delivery due to the holidays.
Most international shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks for delivery. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import-related costs.
What is your range of products?
Our range consists of books, ebooks, audiobooks, audio songs, puzzles and colouring table mats.
What is your returns policy?
The CulturalHubb website will only accept returns for the following:
- Goods damaged prior to delivery
- Goods with manufacturing faults
- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the CulturalHubb website

The CulturalHubb website will rectify any products delivered damaged or faulty, or errors in supply. Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging. Returns can be addressed and posted to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. The invoice and packing slip also provide an area where you can indicate why you are returning any goods. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your name, address, order number, contact phone number, and reason for return.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will repair or replace damaged goods when possible; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s). Postage costs will be reimbursed for the return of any damaged goods.

How do i pay for my order?
We accept payment by credit card, direct credit, online banking or by account. All prices exclude GST.
What about backorders?
CulturalHubb does not hold any stock – all products are ordered from the supplier on demand. In general, all products on this website is usually available from suppliers within the time indicated with the title details. From time to time suppliers are not able to supply in the time indicated, and items are placed on backorder.
If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order at that time, otherwise you order will be dispatched as soon as the items are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expected dispatch times for backordered items, though items will be sourced and dispatched as soon as possible. If you have a backordered item and wish to cancel your order, please email with your order number and cancellation request.

We are happy to accept international orders. All international orders are shipped by Air Post. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.
