License Types

3.1 Individual (Single User) License

3.2 School / Centre License

You MAY:

You MAY NOT:

Share resources outside your organisation
Upload or distribute publicly (websites, social media, marketplaces)

3.3 Subscription Access (Learn Li Platform)

Learn Li operates as a subscription-based digital platform.

With an active subscription, you MAY:

Access the full or selected Learn Li content library (based on your plan)
Download resources within your plan limits
Use materials for educational and non-commercial purposes

Important:

Access is valid only while your subscription is active
Download limits apply depending on your plan
Downloaded resources remain subject to license restrictions

Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

Reproduce, copy, adapt, or modify resources for resale
Share, sublicense, or redistribute resources in any format
Upload resources to marketplaces (e.g., Teachers Pay Teachers), websites, or shared drives
Remove branding, logos, or copyright notices
Use content for commercial gain without written permission

4.1 Strict Prohibition on Digital Sharing (Schools & Centres)

Unless covered by a valid School / Centre License, you may NOT upload, store, or share Learn Li resources on any shared or cloud-based system, including but not limited to:

Google Drive
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive
Dropbox
School shared drives or intranet systems
Staff portals
Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Important:
Uploading a resource to any shared system where others can access it is considered unauthorised distribution, even if no payment is involved.

Even within a school, access must align with the license type purchased.

Any unauthorised use may constitute an infringement under:

and may result in legal action.

Digital Product Delivery & Access

All Learn Li products and resources are delivered digitally.

Depending on your plan or purchase:

Access is provided via your Learn Li account
Some resources include downloadable files
Access may be limited by subscription status, time, or download limits

You are responsible for storing downloaded resources securely.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and subscriptions:

All sales are final and non-refundable

Payment & Currency

Prices are listed in NZD or AUD unless otherwise stated
