We plan to be a market leader in the supply of Pasifika, Maori and other ethnic-language products to educational establishments and homes Worldwide. We carry a unique and wide range of Pasifika/Maori learning resource kits of toys and games, carefully selected to ensure we offer the necessary resources to support fun learning and ever changing needs demanded by the teaching, home and any learning environment.

We at CulturalHubb (2017) Ltd are passionate about children learning and appreciating their own cultures and other cultures at home and in the classroom. We are enthusiastic about helping teachers, parents, health professionals and educators bring fun and enjoyment to learning and life.

With an educational promotional background and a love of teaching culture and learning in the home, members of the CulturalHubb Team have valuable insight into what cultural products work well in the home and classroom to enhance learning.

Where possible, resources are made by craftspeople from Pacific cultures. We have a strong and passionate team of individuals who understand cultural the needs of the learning environment. They are dedicated in creating, sourcing and supplying high quality supplementary cultural teaching cultural resources to early childhood, infant, primary schools, parents and organizations.

The company operates across the whole of New Zealand and will be expanding Worldwide. All Management, Product Procurement, Marketing and Customer Service are based in Auckland.

HOW DO I ORDER PRODUCTS ON THE CULTURALHUBB WEBSITE
  • Adding to Your Cart

    Once you have found an item you want, you should add the item to your cart. Simply click "Add to Cart". Click on the icon or image to view the details.

  • Checkout
    • You can proceed to the checkout page by clicking on the link next to the menu.
    • If you do not have an account or are not logged in to CulturalHubb, you will be prompted with the login page.
    • When you have logged in, you will be taken to the shipping details page. Fill out all the details, and click Next to continue.
    • Once complete, you can proceed to the summary page that outlines the total of this order.
    • Next is the Payment options page. Fill in all the details, and click Next to continue
    • The last Checkout page is the confirmation page. Check over all your details to make sure all the information is correct, and click the big "Place Order" button at the bottom of the screen.
    • You have now placed your order and will be prompted with your receipt.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
Our delivery costs are as follows:
  • Orders by product (NZ):
  • Auckland - $7.00 (Under 25kg)
  • North Island - $9.00 (Under 15 kg)
  • South Island - $25.00 (Under 5kg)

We are happy to accept international orders. All international orders are shipped by Air Post. As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email. Track and trace information is not available with Air Post packages. International shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

I HAVE SUBMITTED AN ORDER ONLINE AND WOULD NOW LIKE TO CHANGE THE ORDER, CAN I DO THIS?
No. Once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed.
DO I GET A TAX INVOICE?
Yes. Once you have completed your orders and items are processed, an invoice will be sent to you by email.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The CulturalHubb website does not hold any stock on hand (but this will be subject to change). At present, all ordered items are sourced from suppliers once a customer order is accepted. The stated availability of an item indicates the time taken before the item will be ready to dispatch to you, and takes into account the time taken to receive the item from the supplier. To estimate arrival to you, allow an additional 1-2 business days for courier delivery within NZ, As soon as your order is dispatched you will be notified by email.

Orders delivered within New Zealand are delivered by courier, AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR. Rural addresses can take longer for delivery.

Orders placed before July 2017 will take up to 6 weeks for production and delivery.

Most international shipments take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but allow up to six weeks for delivery. Customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment by credit card, direct credit, online banking or by account. All prices exclude GST.
HOW DO I HEAR OF NEW PRODUCTS, PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL DEALS?

MY ORDERS WERE DAMAGED WHEN THEY ARRIVED. WHAT CAN I DO?
We try to package our products with great care. However if you have received a damaged item, please contact us via email info@culturalhubb.com
WHAT SORT OF GUARANTEE DOES CULTURALHUBB LTD. HAVE?
Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under proper adult supervision. The CulturalHubb team pride themselves on their levels of customer satisfaction and we guarantee all products we sell. Our products are quality checked to ensure they're suited to the early education environment.
DO I NEED A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT WITH CULTURALHUBB TO ACCESS THE ONLINE SHOP?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
The CulturalHubb website will only accept returns for the following:
  • Goods damaged prior to delivery
  • Goods with manufacturing faults
  • Goods supplied incorrectly
  • Goods that vary from their description on the CulturalHubb website

The CulturalHubb website will rectify any products delivered damaged or faulty, or errors in supply. Please return any damaged or incorrectly supplied goods in the original packaging. Returns can be addressed and posted to:

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing slip that accompanied your order. The invoice and packing slip also provide an area where you can indicate why you are returning any goods. If you are unable to provide a copy of the invoice or packing slip, include a note containing your name, address, order number, contact phone number, and reason for return.

You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will repair or replace damaged goods when possible; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s). Postage costs will be reimbursed for the return of any damaged goods

WHAT ABOUT BACKORDERS?
CulturalHubb does not hold any stock - all products are ordered from the supplier on demand. In general, all products on this website is usually available from suppliers within the time indicated with the title details. From time to time suppliers are not able to supply in the time indicated, and items are placed on backorder. If it appears that your order will not be dispatched on time, you will be informed as soon as possible. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order at that time, otherwise you order will be dispatched as soon as the items are available. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide expected dispatch times for backordered items, though items will be sourced and dispatched as soon as possible. If you have a backordered item and wish to cancel your order, please email with your order number and cancellation request.
CAN I ORDER INDIVIDUAL ITEMS FROM A RESOURCE KIT?
Initially some our products are sold as individual items and you are welcome to order those. In addition, in the near future we also plan to sell our cultural learning resources as theme kit sets. This is because each kit is especially designed to provide the best learning experience by integrating messages, themes and imagery.
